Why Now?
We’ve exchanged contracts and now have a tight window to complete the purchase.
We must raise a minimum of £230,000 through this community share offer to unlock £526,000 in public funding for essential repairs and refurbishment plans. Our maximum target is £430,000, which would also give the project the working capital it needs to thrive.
If we don’t reach the minimum, the project can’t go ahead — and The Globe could be lost to private development.
